• How do I setup my email?

• What programmes or devices can I use to access my email?

  You can use any email programme such as Microsoft Outlook or Mac Mail.  Alternatively, you can use our webmail service which only requires a web browser.  You can also add your @yourdomain.co.nz email to 3rd party email services like Google Mail.  Any device with an email client and a connection to the Internet can be used, including your tablet or smartphone.

• Can I check my email when away from my computer?

  You can access your email while away from your computer by going to http://mail.yourdomain.co.nz/webmail (where 'yourdomain' is your domain name). Log in using your username (generally your full email address) and password, any mail that has not been downloaded by your computer will be listed here. You can read, reply, and delete messages using webmail.

• How do I set up extra users/mailboxes?

  You can add a new mailbox/user by logging into your mail admin control panel (http://mail.yourdomain.co.nz/mailadmin). Click on "Manage Accounts" from the menu on the left of the screen and then click "Add User" to create a new mailbox. Fill in the details as necessary.
